Mr. Nilesh Rathi, Chairman and Managing Director

Graduated with B. S. ( High Honours ) in Chemical Engineering from IIT, USA and M.S. in Textile Chemistry from NCSU, USA. Further completed Global Management Program from IIM, Kolkata. Nilesh brings to the table over 14 years of industry experience which is diverse and cross functional. Apart from steering various departments at Rathi Dye Chem, as its Managing Director, he led the company to adopt several path breaking initiatives including innovative technology adoption, quality control and green initiatives and was one of the principal architects for its transformation.

Mr. Sunil Govardhan, Director (Finance)

Sunil is Chartered Accountant who apart from being an astute corporate finance professional is also known to be a thought leader in Corporate Governance. Brings in over 25 years of experience and has been associated as an advisor to Rathi Dye Chem and several other companies in their growth phase. Apart from being Director (Finance) at Rathi Dye Chem, he is the senior partner with S. M. Govardhan & Co.
